As a Cook II, you will hold an essential position in CBD Provisions, our Modern Texas Brasserie located in the heart of Historic Downtown Dallas. You will have a passion for food and will be preparing delicious meals according to our recipes and plating specs, which are so important for creating a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and dressing dishes, as well as keeping your work area clean and sanitized.
The Executive Chef is directly responsible for the daily supervision, management and direction at CBD Provisions, our Modern Texas Brasserie located in the heart of Historic Downtown Dallas. of the Banquet kitchen. The position requires practical creativity to provide a wide variety of innovative cuisine while maintaining profit goals. A thorough knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques is essential. The Executive chef is required to have a hands-on approach to training all ambassadors in the importance of consistency in both production and presentation. Direct responsibilities include daily supervision of the food production schedule, staffing and hiring of all culinary personnel, management of the variable kitchen operating costs including food and labor, culinary event staffing and inventory management, product ordering, sanitation and safety.
As a Food Runner you will hold an integral part of our restaurant's talented team, and will be primarily assisting Hosts and Servers to provide a memorable experience to all of our guests. We are looking for an individual who will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, an immaculate presentation, and friendly attitude to work with in a very demanding and exciting environment. As a Sous Chef, you will hold an essential position at CBD Provisions, our Modern Texas Brasserie located in the heart of Historic Downtown Dallas. You will assist the Executive Chef and other members of the culinary leadership team in the supervision of the kitchen operation, management of culinary ambassadors, and in the creation and costing of menus. You will have a passion for food and will ensure that all our guests enjoy a memorable dining experience.
