Information Technology Manager

The Information Technology Manager is a driven and passionate professional that will assist the Director of IT in coordinating, organizing and actively overseeing the operation of the entire Information Technology functions including but not limited to, computer, server and telecommunication systems. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company's disaster recovery and business continuity strategies
  • Develop strategies for server and related component implementations and architect the infrastructure required to support those strategies
  • Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.
  • Gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems
  • Coordinate and collaborate with various information services departments to ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of corporate servers to meet business demands
  • Manage and maintain inventories related to systems such as Maintenance/Service/Support, Licensing, Asset Management, Software Systems, Life Cycle Management
  • Website domain management and support
  • Manage IT staff by training and coaching employees, communicating expectations and appraising performance
  • Provide detailed support documentation and maintenance of documentation so that all members of team are able to support any system
  • Adherence to established best practices for systems implementation, deployment, monitoring, housekeeping, security, disaster recovery, and backups
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by leader

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Must be organized, able to multi-task, and easily adapt and respond to change
  • Elevated written/verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Elevated knowledge with back office systems, PMS, POS, and other system interfaces and an ability to rapidly adapt and learn our existing systems with minimal effort
  • Able to work variable shift, including weekends, and holidays
  • Able to resolve property’s technical issues
  • Operate with passion, respect, integrity, dedication and empowerment to all internal and external guests
