 The Bellman is a visual role requiring exceptional customer service skills. You will welcome and greet guest while proactively engage in opportunities to exceed the guests expectations. Ideal candidate has a passion for customer service, maintains a genuine, efficient, and appealing work environment for our guests.


  • Maintain a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly service and have an ability to address special requests of guests
  • Offer assistance with baggage, including but not limited to calling for car service and transportation
  • Be knowledgeable of all room types and features  to effectively acquaint guests when escorting to guest rooms
  • In-depth knowledge of attractions/restaurants/bars/venues in local area preferred
  • Transport guests to and from the hotel in the House Car
  • Assist with Bell and House Car servicing
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by leader


  • Knowledge of Visual 1, HotSos, GoCon, preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the City of Dallas and other parts of the DFW Metropolis
  • Must be familiar with Forbes, AAA, and Hotel standards
  • Must have the ability to carry/lift/push/pull items weighing up to 50 pounds, role requires frequent bending and kneeling
  • The ability to communicate effectively and graciously
  • Operate with passion, respect, integrity, dedication and empowerment to all internal and external guests
