As a Guest Services Manager, you will assist on providing an exceptional guest experience. You will play a pivotal role of maintaining all arrival and departure experiences up to Company’s standards. You will assist with overseeing the Concierge and Bellman positions. Responsible for all interviews and hires of new Ambassadors. Counsels, and disciplines Ambassadors as needed and effectively recommends suspension, and/or termination. Trains all Guest Services Ambassadors. Maintain labor costs within budgets as directed by the financial budge of the hotel and department. Good thorough knowledge of local area attractions and other selections of alternatives for our guest satisfaction. Act as Manager on Duty for the Hotel in the absence of the Manager on Duty dealing with complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
EXPECTED SCHEDULE: Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel including weekends and holidays.In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
