Valet Supervisor

The Valet Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising the smooth and efficient Valet Operations for the Joule, and the hotel Staff Parking. He/She will be providing support and guidance to valet ambassadors and ensure a successful and effective valet service for all hotel guests. This role will require a thorough coordination to ensure the safe and secured, day and overnight parking of our guests’ vehicles in our multiple garages while generating and capturing the department revenue on a daily basis


  •  Manage the daily operations of the transportation/valet department
  • Manage the number of available parking spaces throughout our garages
  • Manage overnight car storage, and ensure collection/posting of revenue on guest invoice
  • Process and keep to minimum vehicle claims
  • Ensure the highest service to all VIPs on arrivals and departures
  • Ensure proper GS duties are being completed daily
  • Anticipate customer complaints and address issues in a timely manner to maintain highest quality
  • Maintain a professional and high quality service oriented team
  • Ensure training and developmental is provided on a regular basis to the teams
  • Manage Valet staff including training, counseling, disciplining, terminating and complete performance evaluations
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by leader


  • Knowledge of ValetFlash, preferred
  • Knowledge of the City of Dallas and other parts of the DFW Metropolis
  • Must be familiar with Forbes, AAA, and Hotel standards
  • Detail oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • The ability to think quickly and make the right decision in stressful circumstances, and stay calm in a crisis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and motivating skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with vendors
  • Good business and commercial acumen
