The Lead Valet is a highly visible role requiring great customer service skills. You will provide support to the Valet Captains with overseeing the Valet Runner and Valet Cashier team’s operations, while maintaining high standards of service, and incidentally creating a thoughtful experience for our guests. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for customer service, maintains a genuine, efficient, and appealing work environment for our ambassadors and our guests.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times
• Ensure a successful start to the flow of service from the arrival on the drive to the front desk
• Ensure proper GS duties are being completed daily
• Assist Valet Captain with training of new hires
• Operate with FlashValet system, ensuring the registration of car tags and accurate record of all cars parked
• Assist with meeting VIP on arrivals and departures
• Perform weekly meetings with other Department leaders to ensure satisfaction
• Assist with general Valet Cashier/Valet Runner duties when needed
• Oversee Valet team supply inventory
• Facilitate all car run communication
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisor

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

• Knowledge of ValetFlash, preferred
• Knowledge of the City of Dallas and other parts of the DFW Metropolis
• Basic knowledge of daily processes
• Must be familiar with Forbes, AAA, and Hotel standards
• Able to assist with guest complaints and recovery
• Operate with passion, respect, integrity, dedication and empowerment to all internal and external guests
