ROLE/PURPOSE/OVERALL EXPECTATIONS OF THIS POSITION: As Front Desk Agent, you will fill a pivotal role in helping to deliver exceptional guest service and to make sure high standards are maintained. You’ll welcome all our guests, making everyone, from business people to locals, feel like our only guest. You’ll make sure every guest is looked after upon arrival and during all stages of their stay until the very moment of their departure.
Promotes goodwill with internal Guests and insures that perception of the operation is positive.
Fold and stock fresh towels and hand out fresh towels to guests
The Sales and CS Manager sells and services accounts with 10-15 person meetings including events with guest rooms and without guest rooms. The Manager is responsible for selling and detailing these events. The Manager will also service all rooms only groups while providing resumes to internal teams.
The Social Catering Manager is responsible for solicitation of direct-selling in the local social catering market for social events without guest rooms attached to achieve guest satisfaction and to ensure all revenue goals are met. Social events include weddings and rehearsal dinners. The Social Catering Manager works closely with the F&B team to ensure all event information is prepared accordingly and to ensure that the value paid is the value received not only in product, but also in service and ambiance.
Spa Coordinators are responsible for maximizing the revenue of the spa through effective scheduling, yield management and sales. As an Ambassador for the spa, this role ensures outstanding five star guest relations, delivering THE SPA and hotel brand standards at Spa Reception.
